ABOUT ME
I am Britta Wulfekammer
As a Kenya based Social Impact Coach, I am passionate about driving social impact in Africa and beyond.
Like you, I’m passionate about social impact.
In 2014 I left my well paid corporate job and followed my dream to move to Kenya to work for a human rights grassroots organisation.
Here I started a social enterprise creating job opportunities for vulnerable groups in the slum. But after near burnout and a health crisis I transformed my career AGAIN.
In 2019 I launched Coaching Across Borders to help social impact leaders across Africa overcome their frustration and prevent burnout so they can drive the change they want to see in the world.
Since that time I’ve committed to extensive professional development – including becoming a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, which I use as a foundational platform when working with individuals and teams to maximise performance and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
Certified Systemic Executive, Team & Board Coach
Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (or Mental Fitness coach)
Professional Certified Coach – PCC International Coaching Federation
Coach Trainer (Faculty Beckett McInroy)
Certified Technical Development Advisor within Intercultural Environment
MBA (international Management)
I’m on a mission to make our workplaces more human.
But our organisations are struggling to manage the complexity of managing diverse teams with different cultures, languages, locations and agendas. As a result we are losing the very people we need – not only to drive social change, but to survive at all.
As a global citizen with experience across a range of roles and industries, I’ve had the honour of working with so many people from different backgrounds, countries, and cultures.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping leaders and organisations to embrace the beauty of diversity and find practical and actionable solutions to empower individuals, increase the effectiveness of their teams, and create vibrant and supportive workplaces.
